4-Week Qigong Workshop:
Eight Pieces of Silk Brocade
Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Silk Brocade) is a traditional Chinese Qigong practice designed to support flexibility, balance, strength, and the healthy flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body. This gentle movement series includes eight structured exercises that cultivate relaxation, coordination, and inner vitality.

This workshop focuses on foundational techniques that can be practiced both in class and at home. Each session builds progressively, helping you develop strength, coordination, and breath control.
Suitable for All Levels
Open to all levels of fitness. Movements can be adapted to your needs.
Comfortable Attire
Wear relaxed, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.

Practice barefoot, with non slip socks, or indoor shoes.
Stay Hydrated
Bring water to keep yourself hydrated during class.
