Qigong workshop

Tao yin evolved over the centuries into what is now known as Qigong, which involves looking to nature for healing. It follows the precepts of TCM, which says that an exercise should consist of two parts: the inner and the outer, and both yin and yang are equally important. The inner exercises influence the meridians (energy pathways that run through the body) and the outer exercises influence the muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. The exercise and one’s intention lead and guide the Qi (vital life force) encouraging a natural and uninterrupted flow of energy through the body. The exercises are done slowly and are easy to learn. Tao yin Song-Sen-Fa is a very effective way of dealing with the stresses of modern day life.
